Nagad is one of the most innovative and promising digital financial services of Bangladesh Post Office that embarked upon a glorious journey on March 26, 2019. After its inception, Nagad has financially included about 5.5 crore people in only two and half years. Nagad being the innovative digital service of Bangladesh wanted to stay ahead in the market by providing competitive service and modern user experience for their customers. Hence they wanted to revamp their digital footprint with modern dynamic looks and take services online to increase efficiency and attract a new generation of customers. They also wanted a PWA Ready, Micro Interactions and Mobile First approach based website.

The project was awarded to the organisation I work in - Singularity Limited. I single handedly managed the project management aspect of the entire project following each and every step of the SDLC. Tools used were google docs/sheets, clickup and trello.
