I have a Bachelor Degree in Computer science Engineering from AKTU University, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with an knowledge of database administration and windows administration as well. I have worked on real time projects in diverse business domains. I have good knowledge of Service-Now. I have worked on Service Portal Designing, using Angular JS , HTML,bootstrap. Worked on development of various processes like IM,PM,CM and creation of Service Request using business rules, client scripts , script includes, UI scripts , workflows ,UI policies. Worked on loading of data from one data source to the system. I have worked on creation of email notifications , designing custom email designs. Triggering emails using scheduled jobs .
