The user submits the maintenance request from the mobile application. The site management sends the technician to fix the problem.
The mobile app has some but not all:
1. User registration.
2 - Verify the user through (SMS API).
3 - Enter the maintenance request.

5. User statistics (number of orders, amount spent, tools used, etc.)

Many companies and incorporation lack the capability of tracking employees and vehicles through their tasks, one of them " Palestine Today TV" .

Firstly, I've developed a mobile application, which determine the location of the car or employee using GPS-capability, send data to the server via Internet, if there is no connection it will store data in the mobile memory as XML file, when connection is alive the application will upload the data file to the server side. This data will be used by web-based application to monitoring the target and generate reports to the system manger.

Secondly, in the other side of the system I've developed a web-based application that connect to the data base server and use the data send by mobile to manage users (cars and employees).

* The administrator will have a control panel module to manage system. The administrator can manage system users, cars details, Employees and system privileges.
