Good Day, I am a 29 year old IT professional with experience in a number of different work environments. During my time as an IT professional I have spent extensive time with windows operating systems both client and server side. I have experience managing active directory, and exchange accounts, file and printer sharing, general computer maintenance and application support. I have had experience working remotely as well for a Canadian managed service provider. I enjoy working with new people and technologies and attain my job satisfaction by providing excellent support to end users. I am currently aiming to complete my MCITP certification as well as CCNA certification. Ultimately I'd like to work my way towards a Network Administrator position.
