I am a Web and Graphic Designer based in Uganda, East Africa. I have worked with institutions basically schools doing IT tasks and related work. I have worked as a systems admin, Digital Literacy Coordinator, Media coordinator as well an IT technical support staff. I am trying to acquire new clients and also work online through Freelancer. I am targeting an audience from all over the world, esp. Uganda, Turkey, UAE, USA, UK and Sweden. Briefly, I am an articulate graduate in Software Engineering, who understands Web and Graphic design, IT support, Programming in Web-Technologies for example HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and Bootstrap framework, PHP, Java, C & C++, Oracle PLSQL, MySQL Database handling, and solving computer and phone problems.
