Hi! My name is Kim. I have worked in the BPO industry for 7 years as a customer service representative and technical support engineer. I worked for big US companies such as telcos, restaurants, and hotels. That being said, I can say that I'm confident in communicating with Americans. When the pandemic started, I left my corporate job to get a homebased job and start my freelancing journey. I was then able to work as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for 6 months. I managed projects for new clients, ISP contracts, ordered internet for the client, did onboarding sessions with them and our sales team, calendar and email management, and a lot more.
