Prym started its journey way back in 2008 as specialized solutions for recovery of secured assets for Banks under provisions of Securitisation Act, 2002, inclusive of due diligence, legal support and litigation at various fora, possession, valuation in assisting in sale of the secured asset for banks including UTI Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bank of Rajasthan Ltd and NKGKB Co-operative bank.   A new milestone was added in July’2008 by addition of Hutchison Max Telecom as client for B2C debts collection. This journey shaped organized call centre in 2009 with addition of other corporates for recovery of dues in banking & telecom sector including Bharti AIRTEL/VSNL-Broad Band and TTML telephony services. Over the past two years Prym has transformed from a collection agency to a ‘Servicer’ providing a range of services to ARCs/ Investors including NPA portfolio identification, due diligence, financial modelling, risk analysis, collection software platform and servicing.Prym also co-invests in portfolio buyouts.
