It is rightly called 'meditation in motion' as the continuous 'flow' of asanas leads to deep concentration and the clearing of the mind. SLOW FOW Designed for anyone who wants to practice Vinyasa flow yoga, but less intensely. It is still fluid, but with more focus on the breadth. The basis of a slow flow class is awareness of the body through slow, deep breathing and proper alignment through the practice of pranayama.
