A human resource graduate with a 4 months exchange experience at the Richard Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario- one of the world’s leading business schools. I participated in analyzing and solving over 60 critical business cases. I am also an excellent team worker; am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using my own initiative. I have participated in team projects and presentations on strategic market planning, managing people for exceptional performance, and sustainability using illustrations on LEED certified companies. From my experience, I am better able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. I have an expertise in interpersonal relations, listening and communication skills, and am keen and willing to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work under stress and keep within set budgets and targets is a major success factor for me.
