Data Entry
❖ Transferring data from paper formats into database systems.
❖ Entering and updating information about projects into relevant databases.
❖ Gathering volunteer requests, To Rs, reports, timesheets, payment sheets, and any other relevant documents.
❖ Preparing, following up, and tracking all processes related to field monitoring visits.
❖ Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
❖ Properly file and safely store all project documents both in hard and soft copies in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
❖ Assist in data collection, verification, and cleaning, and ensure recording them into the predesigned database.

Call center operator
❖ A daily basis enters relevant information gathered into the databases.
❖ Work closely with different departments and subsites to share complaints and feedback data from the field and register them centrally to analyze trends and generate reports.
❖ Reports back to the beneficiaries in a prompt manner with what their enquiries and where can answer.
❖ Reports immediately to the team leader on any problems occurring and proposes corrective measures when necessary.
❖ Follow up on internal complaints and feedback referrals with the team leader.
❖ Support beneficiaries through information sharing about ICRC's services provided the different departments, upon request, and refer beneficiaries per subject needs.
❖ Conduct assessments and surveys, collecting information on overall services available, including basic health needs and livelihoods among others covering the basic needs of the population.
❖ Undertake verification of beneficiaries as required by ICRC before any undertake distributions as and when required to most vulnerable households.
❖ Support other teams with assessments, including the development of the field assessment
❖ tools and focus group sheets and post distribution monitoring activities.
