Currently working as an Senior design engineer on 2 wheeler OEM.  Hands on experience in 3D modeling and 2D detailing with Solid works, PTC Cero, CATIA and AutoCAD, GD&T, Tolerance stack-up analysis, Product development and Testing.  Familiar with the New product design and development process which includes technical feasibility study, jig & fixture ,concept design, NPI process, layout preparation, DFMEA, Casting components and Plastic molded components and their manufacturing process.  Skilled in managing all aspects of the projects including Component development, Vendor co ordination, Proto samples development, product validation and customer Demo.  Works with cross-functional team and support them in order to complete projects within scheduled time line.
