Right now I am working as a chat/email support wherein we cater to food deliveries. We provide different services wherein we assist customers who are having issues with their deliveries or with the person who delivered the order or with the restaurant they placed the order. We also provided a refund for the order they never got or if they are having issues with the service that they received. We track their orders and provided the status of their deliveries.

I handled a financial account wherein we assist customers who are having issues with their debit payment cards. They call us to check the balance on their card or if they wanted to know if they already received their deposits. They asked help from us if they lost or if their card was already expired. We also help them if they have disputes regarding the unauthorized charges that happened to their cards.
