Positivity Improves Efficiency!
My passion is to empower educators, researchers, future leaders, and professionals to acquire 21st-century data skills, become global leaders, advance their careers using current research tools, and reach the forefront of global data and research by the next decade.
I am Dadzie Lois (Ph.D. Cand), and deeply passionate about education, research, and leadership, with a vision to drive positive change in these fields. I believe that advancing these areas can create a more informed world and am committed to pushing boundaries and transforming education using data-driven insights.
I hold a diverse academic background with a BSc. and MEd and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Administration with a Minor in Research at the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS). My academic journey has reinforced my belief in the transformative role of effective leadership in educational institutions.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, I am investing in my professional development by obtaining a Professional Certificate in IBM Data Science from Nexford University. This endeavor will equip me with the latest skills and knowledge in data science, enabling me to harness the power of data for informed decision-making.
My commitment to education goes beyond degrees; I have taught at the university and also gained experience as a Trainer and Supervisor at the Ghana Statistical Service during the 2021 Housing and Population Census. These experiences deepened my understanding of data collection, effective training, and supervision in data-driven projects. My journey into the world of data and research began as a Research Assistant at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, laying the foundation for my data-driven problem-solving approach. Currently, I serve as the Research Director for Blueprint Research Consult.
My dedication to research is further exemplified by my achievement as a research Presenter at the AIIAS 2022 23rd International Research Conference. In essence, I define myself as an EDUCATOR, as my primary focus is mentoring, guiding, and inspiring individuals to realize their leadership and research aspirations.
