We employed Jared for a writing position on our Google News site. Jared Is a good writer and everything started well. Soon however I found him to be unreliable and unable to follow instructions. I had some very simple requests that were not followed through despite numerous reminders. The required number of daily articles was rarely met He would disappear for a several days or a week at a time and later provide excuses as to why he was unable to write articles for us on those days. Despite the excuses, Jared's own blog had fresh articles on it each and every day without fail. Eventually he stopped sending articles and responding to my emails altogether with no explanation as to why. If he had at least bothered to let us know that he no longer wanted to write and allowed us time to find another writer then i probably wouldn't be leaving this review. Very disappointing.
