Result-driven Planning Manager with 10 Years of Extensive Experience in Strategic Planning, Project Control, Claims, Cost, Scope management and Project Management. Role Responsibilities:- • Review & analysis of Contract documents such as BOQ, Drawings & Specification. • Preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program (Cost and Resource loaded) in Primavera P6 and also preparation of other planning pertinent documents like Progress S Curve, Cash flow Curve, KPI’s, Manpower and Equipment Histogram etc. • Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis. • Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management. • Monitoring Progress for (submittals, shop drawings, procurement, material delivery, construction) activities. • Coordinating with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability. • Reporting to Project Manager about the current work progress, making comparison between plan and actual progress and providing suggestions. • Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the progress of the works. • Preparing the weekly and monthly reports. Preparation of Dashboards showing summarized project data and KPIs. • Preparation of mitigation plan and revised program • Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project including revised baseline program and pertinent documents.
