System admin Ec2 optimise server for more quick response high traffic

Please do not hire him...,he will leave your work in middle and block you. He does not know what is Load balancer and how to configure although he pretends he has great expereince and certificates he has but does not know even to configure the server in aws.He asks me where are files and I am very disapponited with his work.Please do not hire him....he is fresher....and lies........he messes all the work and says that it will not work.He does not anything technical except googling and searching for solutions...I am not happy at all....I have hired another who has finished the job very quickly.He does not have skills...
