This is a from the ground up how to guide for people picking up photography in the digital age. The focus is more on the requirements that the digital era needs you to be aware of; folks were not in the film era anymore. Areas like white balance, grain and how to work it, raw or jpg - when to use which one and why plus how to max out what you get with either, edit workflows -the why the how and the when, post processing - the ideal, the how and when to leave alone.
