If I have to limit myself to fit specific professional roles, I would say that I am currently a digital content specialist and cultural researcher. However, I am also a graphic designer, a promoter and a DJ.
After forming a solid foundation towards design and aesthetics, through my studies in the Architecture School, I decided to expand my knowledge on culture, design & the creative industries by moving to Rotterdam in order to get my Master degree on the field of Arts, Culture & Society.
My affiliation with the world of digital content and communication was cultivated through various courses and versatile internships, as a graphic designer and social media coordinator for magazines, events, electronic music labels and small fashion brands. Then, after some years of fruitful collaborations, I moved to be the social media editor of VICE Greece, delving deeper into the media world. Nowadays, I am part of the Parachute Typefoundry team, searching for creative and effective ways to communicate the company’s work, vision, past & future, through digital channels. Plus, I am doing some research and writing some interesting articles on typography, branding and design, for their blog Typeroom that has been quite an influencing and emerging media portal in the field.
Additionally, I have been an active DJ, sometimes radio producer and an event planner for the last decade and I am also very interested in style, aesthetics and fashion. I am currently based in Athens and ready for more creative projects.
