Hi, We are an IT company based in Beijing, we are good at developing websites and apps, before we bulit a lot of big E-commerce websites, before we only work for big companies, normally our projects cost around 100k-3 millon CNY, we have almost 20 develpers and graphic designer. But now because of the coronavious, 60-80% of the companies in china can't run as usual, so we can't get that much job as before, so we are trying different ways to keep our employees.
