The client is a real estate investor who needs a daily report of all new properties listed on Rightmove and Zoopla platforms that contain specific keywords. Once a match is found, the details will be automatically emailed to the client.

Rightmove and Zoopla scraping

The client had a large farm based out of Eastern Europe. They want data from all their farm platforms into a single place (google sheets in their case). The scripts logs in daily into the different farm platforms and then pull data and saves them in the database. This data is then automatically pulled into the google spreadsheets which they use for analysis and reporting.

Merge data from multiple farm platforms

The client wanted a system to pull live tweets from a selectable list of handles and trends. The list is also linked to a game schedule so that only those handles which are relevant to the game are automatically selected.

Twitter live feeds

The client wanted a script which can check the competitor price of flights that gets displayed on sky scanner. The script executes within a second and hence is fast enough to make adjustments to the offer price giving them an edge.
