Understanding technology is fun and I am passionate about novelty patent searches. I am conversant in Conducting prior art / patentability search, validity patent search, state of the art search, invalidation search, Freedom to Operate/ FTO search / clearance search, and Infringement analysis. I also help clients worldwide by preparing claim charts, drafting patents, drafting provisional applications, preparing reply for FER and SER, preparing Response to Office Action objections raised by Indian Patent Office (IPO) I also assist in Handing PCT / National phase filing in India. I am also conversant in Conducting Trademark searches, Trademark Filling, Preparing replies to objections and etc.
