I am an IT infrastructure analyst with over twenty years of experience implementing, configuring and managing IT solutions for various industries. My mission is to guarantee the availability, security and performance of systems and networks, using the best practices and tools on the market. I have a Microsoft certification as a Desktop Support Technician and extensive expertise in Windows Server, Azure, Linux, Hyper-V, Vmware and Docker. I currently work at the State Department of Education - SEDU, where I contribute to digital transformation and improving the quality of public education.
At SEDU, I am responsible for managing and monitoring the IT infrastructure of more than 500 state schools, meeting the demands of more than 300 thousand users. Among my main achievements, I highlight the migration of 80% of servers to the Azure cloud, the implementation of group policies and VPN for remote access, the optimization of cloud backup, and the access control system. To execute these projects, I used my skills in Windows Server, Databases, MySQL, Fortinet, Active Directory, GPO, Power Shell, Zabbix, GLPI, among others. I am a professional passionate about technology, continuous learning and innovation, and I always seek to update and improve myself in my areas of expertise.
