It would appear we are not the only onse that has been fleeced by this crook! We had a simple conversion from iOS to Android which he said he could do but clearly had no idea what he was doing. We have seen nothing 5 days over the due date. We want our money back or we will stop using Freelancer!!!!

I posted a project for which this freelancer state he can complete on budget and on time. Immediately upon being awarded the project (and I released a 30% milestone payment to the freelancer) he stated he needed additional budget. I was very upset by this but agreed to a small increase. The project was to be completed in 9 days. Almost a month passed with me requesting multiple times for updates. The freelancer responded once to say it is coming soon and I never heard from him again. Freelancer.com did nothing to remedy this situation even though the freelancer never responded to their inquiries. This freelancer is still free to pursue other projects. To this date I still do not have any deliverables or a refund of my money. Freelancer.com acknowledges his failure to respond but continues allow the freelancer to pursue other work. Good luck!
