Over the last 4 and Half years, We have configured a wide range of servers, networks & security using Linux & other security tools. We have also experience in virtulization technology. VM & Redhat. We are a team of 50 professional experienced PHP, .NET, ajax, HTML5, iPhone, Android, Java developers and working on social networking, real estate, ecommerce websites, iPhone and android apps. We have 4 lease lines of 4 MBPS internet connection and acquired around 5000 Sq Ft space with 50 work stations. System and Networking Administration: 1. Installing, configuring & troubleshooting of Linux Servers and equipment like routers, switches for the customers. 2 Planning, designing & configuring network ensuring maximum network uptime. 3. Monitoring installation, administration & configuration of network and Servers. 4. Creating & managing user accounts & assi gning acce ss rights to use different application. 5. Configuring and troubleshooting application server, database server, desktop etc. 6. Taking back up of data and suggesting improvements in operation to make the system fault proof. 7. Involved in network monitoring and performance tuning. Technical Support: 1. Providing support to the end users, troubleshoot customer queries and setup of networks on different operating systems and all other hardware devices. 2. Extending high-end technical support on various servers and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through solutions of their problems. 3. Planning and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment's to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time. 4. Handling team of contractor and engineer for execution and installation purpose with team.
