Fix my wordpress theme.

Devproze showed good potential and knowledge of the job to be done, sadly he fell ill due to the poor weather and did let me know of his illness and inability to complete the job. he also offered to try to finish but could not do so and was not able to return to the job or the site since christmas. I would not hesitate to recommend his work based on his skill and knowledge and hope he is better soon.

I understand that there were holidays but the deadline for this project was 4 days ago and each time I keep hearing in a few hours, in a few hours but then nothing was ever reported back to me. I have not heard from the developer so I need to mark this incomplete and move on to someone else.
