Janos and his team have gone above and beyond to deliver this project. Communication was very much a strong point - the product I wanted developing was very specific to my industry, so we really needed to develop a means to fully understand each other in order to work together. Janos was always patient and willing to spend as much time as I needed making sure that I fully understood what was possible, and how each element would be implemented, and that to make sure that he could demonstrate that he had fully understood my requirement. There were elements that neither of us entirely knew would be needed until this process of developing a successful working dialogue was in place, but even though I'm sure that I caused a bit of a headache at times with my exacting needs, the agreed fee was honoured, even though it sometimes resulted in additional or abortive work for the team. The quality of the final deliverable is far beyond my expectation, and has included more elements than initially imagined - I am over the moon with the workmanship, the communication, the whole process really!
