I am capable of providing Sheet metal designs with manufacturing standards. A sheet metal design is generally used in body fabrication of machines and components. Sheet metal components are fabricated by the processes explained below and Requirements to execute each of them. 1. Cutting of sheet :- I will provide you DXF file to execute this process using LASER/PLASMA/etc. 2. Power press operation (Blanking, Embossing, Bending, etc) :- I will provide you Technical drawings with Tolerances and Allowance. 3. Fabrication Drawings. 4. Welding :- I will provide you welding details with various symbols for proper guidance to manufacturer. There may be so many processes that may require depending on the type of product.
