I have worked at Reliance Communications since Dec'2006 to April'2008 as revenue analyst and was handling following major activities. 1. Analyzing and resolving allocation and collection issues for RA, Sales and agency team. 2. Monitoring customer's segment/category for both corporate and retail and had to get changed in system after getting approval from circle and national heads. 3. Analyzing and circulating all corporate and retail collection reports. I have worked at Bharti Airtel Limited since April'2008 to Jan'17 last profile was sales coordinator and was handling following major activities. processing in system for all data products Internet, MPLS, Local Loop, NDLS, ACS and Mate. with different teams especially project team to ensure timely implementation of link. 3. Feasibility login in system. 4. Analyzing and publishing sales reports for both data and voice. 5. Maintaining database and mapping with different files as and when required in MS access.
