BIW Fixture Designer

I have been designing the BIW fixtures since last few years. I am able to develop the layout of BIW line and welding fixtures for BIW assemblies. I can do weld study for the car body and make weld plan for welding fixtures. I can create detailed drawings for welding fixtures along with gun selection and design. Can study CMM reports for fixtures with detailed incorporation of GD&T concept and stack-up tolerance. Product repeat-ability study through PIST(Points in Specified Tolerance) calculation. I love to take challenges to prove my skills and to learn new skills.
