Create Simple Website Using Webcam XML/JSON feeds

Initially I am looking for a very simple structure allowing a user to select from a menu showing varied cams i.e, Girls Cams, 18-30, Top Cams etc etc Also need the ability to change and alter colors in a css file for the results. I am looking to take the completed code and add it into a WordPress site once finished so it will need to be written in such a way that it can be utilized in WordPress. Initially I am looking to see the quality of the code before adding more work to the project so if you're code is top notch you will definitely get more work from the project.
