web design project

Hi all, I am looking for someone who can graphically build my company's web site and convert it to xml code. I need a brand new website built from scratch. I already have a domain name registered. Basically we just need a xml template so we can put our web application to on it. It will be a sports handicapping website. some part or banners will be in flash so you should have some flash animation skills. If you are interested in designing a template, probably 2 of them please send us a few sample of your work. Thanks
