Google Maps Mash Up (.NET Only)

We are looking for an experienced Google Maps developer, to create an XML driven mash-up. There will be many XML datasets overlayed onto the map - and each one should be able to be turned on or off. The number of datasets will grow over time - and therefore the development should allow for this flexibility - without performance loading issues. The map should reload using AJAX loader each time a dataset is turned on or off - and not full page reload or post-back. Design attached. The options to change mashup layers will be via a sliding panel from the left. The datasets to be overlayed will include: - Flickr Photos - Twitter Tweets - YouTube Videos - RSS News - Custom XML data from a simple website feed. The Google Maps must have central configuration too (which we will integrate into our website CMS), including: - canvas size (height/width) - zoom position - terrain, roads or hybrid view - default dataset XML overlay to show - country to zoom to - number of records to default each feed too We have a WINDOWS 2008 Server - so all code must be written in .NET and be compatible. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT DO IT IN DOTNET. PHP is NOT what we want.
