Adverts in Flash Player

Hi, We're looking for someone to integrate Etology adverts into our JW FLV Flashplayer like yourfilehost does. We have the XML code from Etology, however we need the adverts integrated to load when the video loads at the beginning and also for an advert to load at the end of the video. It's not really a hard job from what I understand. We need the job completed as soon as possible. Thanks.
