Import data from XML and CSV files into Zoho CRM via FTP

We have XML and CSV flat files hosted in several locations that we would like to access data from and add this data to Zoho CRM. Updates would need to be performed every four hours. We'll need to be able to;
- Add the location of the file and access credentials to the vendor in Zoho CRM
- Edit the location and access credentials if these ever changed
- Receive notifications of errors if updates fail
This data is associated with inventory. Ideally you are very experienced with Zoho CRM and have worked with flat file data extraction over FTP.
