Wordpress module modifications

Hi there, We have a wordpress module that needs some modifications. It's a driver reservation module. 1) Minor CSS change (see attached file) 2) FLAT RATE/FORFAIT (third tab of module) should include another field : "Adresse du trajet" (Ride itineray). Because now, the driver receive a reservation for airport, but he does not know where to pick up (or where to drop off the) the customer customer. So we just need to add this field, so we can put it in the itinary page + pdf page created (so the driver knows where he need to go pick up customer for a flat rate airport) 3) For every tabs (hourly, distance, flat rate), we need : Hours are now : 8am... 9am... 10am.... But customers sometimes need to book a driver for 8:30 or 10:45. So we need to find a system to choose every quarter instead of every hours. Thanks
