WooCommerce category-page Theme bugfixing

Dear developers,
I added this 4 category-images:

But now are looking the category-pages very bad:

I think it is a mistake of the VendiPro theme-developer.
The theme support wrote, that I have to make this entry in the CSS of the Child-Theme:
.wc-content .cat-thumb {
display: none;
}
But it has no effect.
Who can help me to delete the image and the image-alt-tag "cat-thumb-overlay"?
