If you’re not super organized and super motivated, this project IS NOT for you. Our team needs two FACILITATORS/COORDINATORS to work with our PROJECT COORDINATOR to help assist in the production of websites, management of agencies and agreements, and to keep the work flowing. We are looking for this time slot to be filled: 12 PM - 8 PM EST (US; New York).

Your task will include facilitating project completion and working with vendors and contractors to ensure website repairs, website builds/development, and marketing functions are completed. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and sending and responding to emails. Accordingly, your English (US) skills, both written and oral, must be impeccable and flawless. You must also do daily reporting tasks and carefully access where each vendor is on each project. You must also be able to communicate with all the parties on SLACK effectively as well as manage projects on Trello. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospective clients via chat on our websites (and social media) - and following up with emails and calls if necessary. In communication, you must communicate that our number can be relayed to answer incoming calls for clients/prospect needs. Finally, you must be able to input and coordinate all this through a CRM/SLACK - any particular Hubspot knowledge would be useful.
