I have a single "Under Construction" page (no navigation) built in Photoshop that I'd like to have created in Elementor (in Wordpress). This is a small, single page but if the job goes well it can turn into more when we build out the site. For the single page, my budget is $30 so please do not bid more than this. Thank you!
