one page PSD to Wordpress - 5 hours work

I want a person to do single page from psd to wordpress. you have to use any good theme , mobile responsive, clean coding to build this page. should not write everything in custom coding, as we want it to user friendly to edit pages from front end in future. should complete in 5 hours max, and 2USD per hour. please don't bid if you won't meet these requirements
