Hello, I need this same form in WordPress [login to view URL] Where all uploader left side and right side info. And the same design which is present. Now details- 1) For uploaders, All types of files can be uploaded, And after upload, it will show a preview. And multiple file can upload. 2) For the right side normal from but for Selected product section product name will show which is are in the woo-commerce product. 3) All form upload files need to save in the backend and get the email form thereafter submit form. 4) Once the form fill is done need thank message to show at the popup on there. Thank you
