3d Drumset configurator needed

Looking to have 4 drum shells made for 3d configuration using WordPress and verge3d plugin for Blender and WordPress. I need a snare shell model, a snare stand model, bass drum with legs model, Tom tom model and floor tom model. I will need the 4 shell models to have the ability to re-size height and width. I will use verge3d to resize them but will need a way to keep the lugs the same size on the re-sized item. Mainly the drum lugs, tension rods, and hoop holes need to stay the same size. I will also need on the toms the ability to change lugs in 2 ways, 1- add a new lug, 2-add more lugs to a hoop as the item gets bigger in diametter. For instance a 8" tom will have 4 lugs on top and bottom evenly spaced in the diameter and when I use verge3d to go to a larger tom like a 10" add 2 more lugs. (not sure if this is a model or if I need to do this in blender) If in blender I will need help doing one. Then I will need a way to display optional wood veneers on the drum shells. I will have several veneers to start with and will need to be able to add more as I get them. (again maybe a blender course so I can do this if needed) I have a lot of photos of my drums and can provide as many as you need. My goal then is to take and create configurations from a single snare, bass drum or tom to a kit including multiple bass drums tomtom's and floor toms.
