Dokan Plugin + Woocommerce Shipping labels Postage Paid

Dokan Plugin + Woocommerce Need someone to make a plugin that; 1) Will work with Woocommerce & Dokan plugin in a way that facilitates ease of use for the vendors (aka sellers) on my website. With a button in the vendor/seller dashboard for utilization of this function. 2) All vendors will be able to print shipping labels for their products and only their products, either individually or all at once (that need to be printed.) 3) postage will be calculated via API with postage companies, paid, and that amount deducted from the respective vendor's balance - & obviously use their address as the "ship from " address 4) Should have an option for a return label to reverse the address and choose weight. Some ideas include perhaps modifying an already existing plugin that already connects to [login to view URL] So that it is suited for my multi-vendor marketplace.
