Divi developer with a lot of experience for full time work - Eastern Europe or South East Asia

I am growing my web development agency and require someone full time to assist me with Divi website builds, Wordpress maintenance and troubleshooting of many different client sites. At least 5 years of experience required for this position. Happy to start hourly or daily but should be available at least 6 hours per day eventually. This is a position for someone who can execute complete websites build on their own with little supervision. Who works fast and smart. I am a developer with 17 years of experience and need someone to replace me in the day to day operations so I can focus on business growth and development. This is not a position for a junior developer, learning developer or agency. I am looking for a reliable team member. I am Russian and understand Russian but all communication will be in English and good level of written English for future client support is a big plus. Php and other programming experience is also a big plus as I develop and maintain a few custom coded business systems and sites but it is primarily a Divi based development and Wordpress customer support role. Looking for someone who is happy to accept a lower hourly rate in exchange for guaranteed employment as I can not afford to pay high hourly rate 6-8 hours per day every day of the week.
