Create Multiple Course Pages, Category pages, Sidebar, Megamenu and Related Courses

Kindly read to clearly understand please: We currently have a wordpress website with Megamenu and the theme comes with a Learnpress LMS which also has default Course pages. I want a skilled wordpress and css developer with team that has good understanding of education or course website with maxout out megamenu to : 1: Create the up to 200 Category pages with sub category landing pages and final course page with display titles in Megamenu on homepage- Parent category titles already created. 2: The custom pages will be created from Learnpress Course pages and Custom Wordpress Course page based on sample page and features then categorise these pages under the correct category and landing page and group. 3: Create structure as Title> Sub Title Landing Pages>Final Individual Course Pages ( Custom Learnpress and Wordpress pages). Also display it in megamenu with easy of navigation. 4:Note: Learnpress pages will be for only E-learning Online courses and it will display Course contents with multi tabs, full width content display and sidebar added to the price section. Pricing feature will be modified so additional contents or logo or words will be added and also edited with ability to change price when selected based on additional option added i.e with exam price and without exam price.-See capture3 attached for pricing currently and desired in capture2 attached please.. 5: Custom Worpress pages will have course content sections with multi tabs and features, related product with auto scroll - see Capture 4 attached and sidebar like sample shown- No pricing section for this. 6: Recreate Megamenu exactly like sample shown with all the course and category well structured with scroll in menu, workflow and should display maxed out upon click and background colour exactly like sample -see Capture5 attached please. 7: All courses pages when created would also be grouped as E-learning(All learnpress pages created) Classroom Leearning (Wordpress custom pages) and Virtual Class Learning (Wordpress custom pages).This will in turn be displayed as a category Header pages and in the megamenu final sub title. The final stage will be to enter relevant course contents in each pages and that will be supplied towards the end as per milestone arrangement. It is required you first create the first 100 pages, layouts, individual titles pages, category landing pages, perfect workflow with no undue duplicates with megamenu accurately created and displayed before first milestone will be released. Then The next milestone will only be released when the next 100 batch is done and final milestone will only be released when all 200 contents to be given are entered, contents will only be given at this final stage. so it will be a 33% for each milestone payment upon agreed as good enough work done. Website cache and speed must be well managed to avoid slowness and no duplicates of pages instread create with unique id and titles please. I hope this is well understood before bidding as I want a well thought through process, professionalism and simplicity of process whereby customers can navigate with ease, courses are correctly linked with accurate workflow process please.
