Callback a function in Ajax infinite scroll grid (wordpress site)

I have a wordpress site with a grid theme and an Ajax based infinite scroll, it is not passing a couple of functions, one is an external URL (function already installed in [login to view URL] and works fine outside the Ajax load), the other is a Popup glossary and it works fine outside the Ajax load. Should be a very easy fix if you know what you are doing... It is a 1 to 2 hrs job tops... I will give you exact details.
