Bulk Edit/Update for Woo-commence shipping zone in WCFM Multi Vendor marketplace

In my multi vendor woo-commence site, I use WCFM Marketplace with WCFM Ultimate. ([login to view URL]) Our country's address format is Country -> State -> Township and we don't use zip_code. Each state, we have 30 to 50 townships. For shipping calculator, we need to calculate base on township. But woo-commence default is zip_code. So I use "Cities Shipping Zones for WooCommerce" plugin. [login to view URL] (this plugin has documentation to integrate with other plugin) For multi vendor, we added each township as zone because each vendor will create a different shipping cost for each township. If customer's order address township is near their store, shipping cost will be low but other vendor will be a little bit higher for that township. So we create each township as zone and vendor need to add shipping method for each township. It is tedious job for vendor because we have 350 township for the whole country. For other state, the shipping cost will be same for all the township. So what we need is bulk edit function to add shipping method for each townships. Here is our requirements -: 1. Vendor choose state and show all township and vendor select all or select specific townships and apply the shipping method with price. 2. Add filter(free text and state) and paging for shipping zone list(table/grid) *** Please enter the bid amount that you really can work. We don't have time for bargaining. ***
