Exact Search Script

I need an experienced coder to make a script that when I input a word file ( one word and two words) in single column the script will search google's "exact" keyword tool and bring back a list of the "Exact" Global and Local search number for each of words or phrases. So if I input 20,000 or more single column words or phrases the script should be able to run through them quickly without stopping. Script should have at least 15 to 20 threads and be able to automaticatically solve or get around captchas. Script should allow me to paste in 20-50 fresh Proxy I.P.s so the google system will not stop and continue until the list is completed. It should work from my desktop which is Windows7, 8 Gig ram, Quad core processor. My Budget for is $100 to $250. Winning coder who does good will receive more jobs from me.
