We have just installed a new internet router, None of our 3x PCs are able to print on the network printer, with our old router they printed fine. PCs running, windows 7 and windows 10, network otherwise works fine. Printer is a kyocera fs-c2126mfp. Router connects to a switch that connects to PCs and printer & VOIP phone (which works fine) We need someone to remotely assist to fix it/ troubleshoot. We have checked printer IP, tried re installing, but the printer just cannot be found on network.

Firstly are you able to ping the printers IP address? Secondly, what router are you using? Make and model? Once logged into the router are you able to see the printer device IP or MAC address?
