Deploy clustered Skype for Business 2019 setup (PoC)

Good afternoon, I am looking for an experienced professional to perform a 2-node cluster of Lync Server 2019 (Skype for Business Server 2019). This should be fully operational on my Lab servers (so this is supposed to be a Proof of Concept installation), and working with Skype for Business desktop application, as well as on mobile phones on the internet. All certificates should be generated with ADCS (including the internet-facing ones). As part of this deployment, you should install and configure: - ADDS - Windows Server DNS - ADCS - SQL Server (basic installation) - Skype for Business Server 2019 (2 nodes) - Skype for Business Front-end Server 2019 (1 node) - IIS ARR to expose and protect SFB - Generate the public DNS settings, and all necessary settings, to make everything work on mobile phones DELIVERABLES: - The working Skype for Business Server 2019 clustered deployment - A detailed document describing all installation and configuration steps, which should be fully reproduceable to install my real deployment OBS: The most important deliverable is the document. This should reflect the PoC deployment which I should see working, according to these requirements. I will provide you 6 Windows 2019 servers to perform this deployment: - 1 machine for ADDS/ADCS/ADDNS - 1 machine for SQL Server - 1 machine for SFB Server (Cluster Node 1) - 1 machine for SFB Server (Cluster Node 2) - 1 machine for SFB Front End Server - 1 machine for IIS ARR Required skills and experience: - Skype for Business Server 2019 (which was formerly called Lync Server) - High Availability clustered deployments - Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) - Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) - Active Directory DNS - Public DNS - SQL Server 2019 (normal installation, not needed to be clustered for this deployment) - Windows Serevr 2019 It is also important to highlight to the freelancer that the most important deliverable is the detailed document containing all the installation and configuration steps (which I will use to deploy my real servers), so it is important to be detailed, and the document should reflect the setup on my Lab servers which only serve to see things working as expected.....the servers themselves are not important as they will be destroyed after delivery Please place your bids.
