I have a web site which contains several iframes. New data in iframes are updated using javascript such as [login to view URL]['w2'].location = "[login to view URL]";. However sometime for unknown reason, the html files would not be loaded even using refresh method. They can only be loaded when cookies are deleted from the browsers. Despite using meta tag as follow:- it still cannot work. I gather to know online I need to create a .htaccess file with contents which instruct browsers to execute the re-loading of html files in accordance with my requirements.
